Have you always wanted to live in a resort area? This is your opportunity.
This home is located at beautiful, Bass lake. It has been thoughtfully updated throughout to maximize comfort and convenience. Special attention has been given to elegant details throughout. Where do I begin with the upgrades?
New Appliances: Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove, Hood, Microwave, Washer, Dryer, Heating unit. New stainless steel sink in kitchen with new garbage disposal. New vinyl flooring.
New paint. New Trex decks. The front deck has an accessible ramp. New pergola on the back deck.
Remodeled and updated bathrooms includes an accessible walk in shower. New light fixtures. New vinyl slider in main bedroom. New vinyl window in main bathroom.
The large skylight in the kitchen allows lots of natural sunlight in, illuminating the recently painted cabinetry, making it a very bright-white kitchen. New cabinet hardware finishes the fresh, clean look. Walk-in closet in main bedroom.
The large laundry room with its stationary sink and direct bathroom access make it a super-convenient mud room/utility room.
The hardscape yard in the front, back and sides are great for low maintenance, so you have more time to simply enjoy your home.
A Westinghouse generator is included and it is hard-wired to transfer switch for ease of use during power outages.
Awning less than 2 years old. Plumbing less than 1 year old. Shed included. This is a 55+ manufactured home park and it will require the buyer to be pre-approved by the property manager.

YOSEMITE
Here are a few more updates from Yosemite:
OPEN:
- All portions of the park normally open to the public 24/7, including roads, trails, Yosemite Valley, backcountry, and wilderness areas
- Campgrounds, subject to normal winter or seasonal closures
- Concession operations, including The Ahwahnee Hotel, Yosemite Valley Lodge, retail stores, and restaurants.
STAFFING:
- The park will retain limited staffing to support public safety, emergency services, and essential operations, as well as to manage ongoing construction contracts.
- We are told Mariposa Grove shuttles and Yosemite Valley Shuttles are running.
- Attached is the Department of Interior – Contingency Plan – September 2025 (not a lot of detail we need, but just in case you want to read it).
- We are awaiting confirmation about Mariposa Grove Depot and if the Park gates are being manned and vehicle entry fees are being charged, which we don’t believe they are.
We will update you as we know more.
