I have been a professional Realtor since "1998" specializing in Residential Real Estate including single family homes, condos, townhomes, bare land, and ranch properties. Today my main focus is on 2nd and/or vacation homes/rentals, ranch properties plus working the distressed market including REO’s, short sales and performing BPO’s (Broker Price Opinion) for banks and asset companies. My areas of expertise are "Yosemite Gateway" areas including Oakhurst, Coarsegold, Bass Lake, Fish Camp, Ahwahnee, North Fork, O'Neals, Mariposa, Catheys Valley, Midpines and Yosemite National Park.
As the Seller's agent I will market the property aggressively to bring in the highest price in a reasonable amount of time. I will, through open communication, throughout the entire selling process, guide the Seller's through the disclosure process, understanding the contract and all the closing details.
As a Buyer's agent, because I watch the market at least daily, and search for properties that are not yet on the market, I have the knowledge to help Buyer's sort through the inventory to make the perfect purchase. In addition, I will negotiate the best possible price and terms to make the experience as smooth as possible.

I'm honest, hard-working, manage time well and have excellent listening and organizational skills. A real estate transaction can be a time consuming and sometimes a stressful event. I truly enjoy bringing people together with property.
My other passions are horses (mostly Morgans) and dogs (mostly Rottweilers and Boston Terriers)
