From Visit Yosemite Madera County : Mariposa Grove Shuttle Not Operating.
Hello You!
We’ve seen it on the NPS website in the “Alerts” section and I’ve just confirmed it with the Mariposa Grove Depot that the Mariposa Grove Shuttle will (tentatively) not be running from 10/16 – 10/27.
They’ve had to push back construction in the Grove multiple times, that’s why it’s tentative, but wanted you all to be aware in case it’s not running.
If this happens, you’ll need to inform any guests you may have that visitors can park in the lower parking lot but will have to hike up the 2 mile road up to the Grove if they’re wanting to visit it.
There will be no parking in the upper, handicapped parking lot during this time.
