Bass Lake Forks Resort will reopen this Friday, September 17th, 2021.

Bass Lake Miller’s Landing Resort opened today, Thursday.

Bass Lake Boat Rentals at the Pines Marina remained open, and continues to be.

Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad : Trains will depart Thursday and Friday at 11:00am.

On Saturday, they are CLOSED until 3pm. Our Moonlight Special will run as scheduled.

Regular service seven days a week will fully resume on Sunday.

Jones Store – awaiting an opening date, but we hear it will be very soon.

Yosemite Trails Horseback Adventures – awaiting opening date info.

Don’t forget Yosemite Adventure Company (formerly Sierra Nevada Motorsports) and Southern Yosemite Mountain Guides who were also negatively affected by the closure.

Thank you Cal Fire, local fire departments, our Forest Service friends, and everyone who is out there fighting the huge wildfires that were the reason behind this closure.

Yosemite Wilderness 2022 Permits

Starting with next year’s backpacking season, Yosemite wilderness permit reservations will be available on Recreation.gov in partnership with Yosemite Conservancy. While the process of making reservations will change, many parts of the system will be the same or similar, including trailhead quotas, availability of walk-up permits, and reservation windows.

Yosemite Reservations End Sep 30th, 2021 

Reminder that Yosemite Reservations end September 30th, so October 1st we go back to being able to use the annual, senior and other passes as well as being able to drive up and get in.
